GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Free Shipping (1-2 day processing) – Free (orders over $69)

We utilize USPS and DHL as our shipping carriers. After your payment is authorized and verified we do our best to ship to you immediately, however in the event that we cannot get your order out the same day please allow up to 2 days to process your order and ship it out if you choose Free Shipping. You will receive shipping confirmation within 2 business days from the day your order was placed.

Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.

Standard Shipping (same day processing) – Rates will be determined by carrier at checkout

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to hello@monanella.com.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Saturday need to be placed before 11AM to ship out the same day and orders placed on a Sunday will not ship until the following day due to the shipping carrier is closed.

Any order placed on holidays will be sent out the following business day.

SHIPMENT DELAYS

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact the shipping carrier directly.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of the shipping carriers. It is the responsibility of the shipping carriers to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Monanella does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue store credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our #MonanellaMuses, Monanella reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Monanella reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
